This stretch feels soooo good, especially when in frog stretch. The down side is you need a partner to pull your feet upward to get a deeper stretch. Ok rambling
I have a love/hate relationship with the ballet tag. Some of the pictures and stories are so beautiful and then other times I see an ill-fitted pointe shoe, a block not worn in, dancers not working over the toe and letting the tops of their knees drop.
Why don’t you enable reply!!! I need to tell you that your shoes are about to fall off because you’ve allowed so much space for ouch pouches around your toes!
